Shipping & Returns

All our Zellige tiles are handcrafted to order in our atelier in Fès, Morocco. Because each tile is made by hand, please allow 4–6 weeks for production and delivery.

Delivery cost is confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Payment is on delivery. Tiles are carefully packed in custom boxes with protective foam to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy:

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Custom or bespoke orders are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

If your tiles arrive damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace damaged items at no extra cost.
